Dr. Natalie Shobeiri Headshot

Natalie is the founder and CEO of Balanced Body Pelvic and Orthopedic Physical Therapy. With her unique education background in Doctor of Physical Therapy and Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and Fitness combined with years of experience in Pilates she offers a balanced and holistic approach to rehabilitation from pelvic floor and orthopedic dysfunctions.

She offers Pilates integrated fitness programs that can be used for injury prevention and lifetime maintenance of her clients. Her certification in Pregnancy & Postpartum Core Exercise Solution allows her to master the whole-body approach to women’s health and fitness.

Natalie found a passion for women’s health early in her career as she realized there is a high demand for quality pelvic floor physical therapy services in Sonoma County and very few providers in this specialized field. Realizing the profound impact that pelvic floor physical therapy could have on womens’ lives, she has been driven to share her expertise and compassion to empower women to improve their pelvic health, alleviate pain, restore function, and enhance overall well-being. She enjoys working with women who are experiencing pain with intercourse, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, irregular/painful bowel movements, general pelvic floor pain, pregnant and postpartum women, and people of all ages with chronic orthopedic conditions.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys cooking and hosting friends, walking her Shiba Inu dogs, drawing nature and abstracts, improving her home decor and keeping her body and mind strong with Pilates and gentle weightlifting.
